Refund policy

You are entitled to a refund if you contact Stratfield Studios within 14 days of your order and have not downloaded and activated the Licensed Product. Stratfield Studios typically does not offer refunds once the Licensed Product has been activated. That said, Stratfield Studios will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and our determination will be final. This does not impact your legal rights.
